Session shape

We facilitate a half-day review of one or two live opportunities. Sellers present the buyer map, commercial terms, and current stage evidence. We press for gaps, then leave a written action list with owners and dates.

Useful when

A strategic bid is stalling, multiple internal teams disagree on pricing posture, or a manager wants an outside voice before a board update on a large pursuit.

Share a short brief and preferred dates through contact. Sessions require the opportunity owner and at least one decision-maker from the selling firm.
