Information we collect

We do not seek sensitive personal information through website forms. Please avoid including health, biometric, or similarly sensitive data in messages.
Purpose of use
We use personal information to respond to briefing requests, schedule conversations about sales process consulting, improve site performance (when analytics are allowed), and meet legal or accounting duties related to enquiries and engagements.
Legal basis and NZ context
We process information where it is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, where we have a legitimate interest in operating a consulting practice, or where you consent (for optional analytics cookies). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a client relationship begins, in which case records follow the retention period in the engagement file (typically seven years for contractual and invoicing records). Analytics data, when collected, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, reviewed annually.
Sharing
We may share information with IT and email providers who process data on our instructions, professional advisors, or authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some processors (for example email or analytics providers) may store data outside New Zealand. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients protect personal information comparably, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.
Your rights
