Engagement path

From first briefing to adoption — the path we follow when reshaping a B2B sales process with your commercial team.

Engagement path

A path matched to consulting work

Sales process consulting is not a one-day seminar. This page shows how a typical Elevation Sales Advisory engagement moves from first conversation to a process the team can run without us.

1

Briefing

You describe revenue motion, cycle length, and friction. We confirm whether a diagnostic, coaching series, playbook, or deal review fits — and decline work that needs a different kind of help.

2

Fieldwork

Interviews, deal sampling, and observation of a forecast meeting. We listen for how stages are actually used, not how a handbook once described them.

3

Design

Draft stage maps, gates, and artefacts. You pressure-test language until managers can defend it in front of their teams.

4

Adoption

Facilitated sessions put the process into weekly use. Coaching may follow if the forecast meeting still needs steady hands.

5

Handover

Final packs, open questions, and a clear list of what we will not stay to operate. Your managers own the room afterward.

6

Optional follow-on

Deal reviews or playbook pages can be added later when a specific pursuit or onboarding need appears.

What you prepare

  • Access to sellers and managers for interviews
  • Anonymised pipeline samples
  • A recent proposal and win/loss notes if available
  • A sponsor who can approve stage language

Natural next action
